Now Reading...

Started the Millenium Trilogy with The Girl in the Dragon Tattoo, which will not be releasing  in India (was quite looking forward to it, given that I quite enjoyed the book, the characters, their interpersonal relationships and the story ofcourse. Runi Mara looks quite interesting as well! ).

Now at Book 2, however the previous post has just made me feel like going to my bookshelf (now easily accessible) and digging out Short story collections by Ruskin Bond. Reading them is so therapeutic, because of the number of smiles he generates by  putting down even the most complex of things so simply, whether happy or
 heart-breaking.
- Soul food!

'Soul Food' is the right word for Ruskin Bond's offerings. Had the opportunity to actually meet him and have a couple of his books autographed when he visited Mumbai a few years ago.

Rupa Publications had organised the session, alongwith Tom Alter, and Gulzar.
